Return Policy

Please call us before placing your order, if you should have any doubt, whatsoever, with respect to your expectations.  We are here to serve you, and make your on-line shopping experience the very best it can be.

We at The Silver Lining Boutique put a great deal of time, love and dedication into our store, and we always strive to sell only the highest quality items.  Our goal is to provide you with something unique and beautiful with which you will be completely satisfied!   All merchandise we sell is thoroughly inspected for quality before we ship it to you. 
 
If there is a problem with your purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange the item or refund your money within 14-days of shipment.  However, we only offer refunds if the product is defective.  If you simply change your mind, we will gladly exchange it for another item or store credit (provided it is within the 14-day period).   This includes items that don"t fit, so please be sure to check sizing on clothing items before purchasing. If you need to do an exchange, please do NOT send anything back to us without first contacting us, and then waiting for a response from us with instructions.  All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for those rare cases of a defective product.

You will need to ship your package to us, securely wrapped, through a carrier offering package-tracking technology, such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post.

We realize that extenuating circumstances do exist; if you are ordering a gift or you are worried about sizing, please contact us before you make your purchase.  We are always willing to work something out, provided arrangements are made in advance.

We know it can be difficult to make purchases over the Internet, so please do not hesitate to ask us about items in which you are interested.  No question will be left unanswered.

Please note that we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error or a defective product. The Silver Lining Boutique will not be responsible for expedited return shipping charges, or any shipping charges that have not been preauthorized.
